The Model “RC” automated pallet lifts by Verticon are ideal for moving loads between mezzanines and second floors. It utilizes an electric chain-driven-live-roller conveyor to automatically load and unload the lift at two (or more) levels. It is typically automated with infeed and discharge conveyors for automatic loading and unloading.
Designed for heavy-duty continuous useage, they use only name brand components including Sumitomo for the drive motors and Allen-Bradley for Photoeyes and Limit Switches. All our buy out components are readily available through Verticon or your local power/transmission and controls houses.
The Model “RC” automated pallet Lifts feature a Straddle Design where the conveyor carriage is guided up and down two, centered structural steel “W” Beams. A “C” Flow and “Z” Flow product flow can be achieved.
The standard conveyor bed is sized around a standard 40” x 48” GMA Pallet. Larger and/or smaller size conveyors are also available. Capacities up to 5,000 lbs. are available. Units are covered by the best warranty in the business.
