Platform Drifting & Sagging Due To Fluid Based Operation
The "ML" Series MezzaLIFT is ideal for transporting heavy items, pallets, carts, etc. between your floor and mezzanine level.
"ML" Series Material Lifts are completely electric -- eliminating all mess and hassel associated with Hydraulic Vertical Conveyors. The platform is simply raised and lowered using an Electric Chain Hoist. They are Simple, Functional and Economical.
Standard Features Include:
Lift Heights to 144"
Platform Size of 60"long x 60" wide x 60" product clearance
Capacities to 2,500 lbs.
Two Remote Push Button Stations (Up/Down & Emergency Stop)
8' High Safety Guarding surrounds unit on all open sides at floor level and mezzanine level. Access gates are electro-mechanically interlocked. The unit will not operate if either gate is open, the gates cannot be opened while unit is in motion and only the platform present gate can be opened.
Cam / Spring activated Free-Fall Safety Brake
Custom sizes available upon request ( may incure additional price increases).

Unlike our competitors, we DO NOT manufacture hydraulic vertical reciprocating conveyors (VRC's). This is because there are inherent problems with using hydraulics and hydraulic cylinders as lift mechanisms.
1. Hydraulic cylinders are fluid based, thus station keeping issues and platform sag become problems. To compensate for these design/concept flaws, manufactures use platform deck locking devices which flip out and hold the platform in place at upper levels.
These devices are not required on our Electric Pallet Lifts as our lifts all use electric motors which feature an electric brake to hold the platform solidly in place.
2. Hydraulic VRC's utilize two hydraulic cylinders, one left and one right. These wear differently over time and can become out of sync. When one cylinder is out of sync with the other, choppy travel and binding can occur as the platform slides up and down the guide beams.
Our Electric Pallet Lifts use heavy-duty lifting chains and steel cam rollers to smoothly and evenly lift and lower the platform -- with absolutely no chance of uneven travel or binding -- even after years of use.
3. Hydraulic VRC's cannot be used for continuous use. They can only be used for intermittent use. For heavy-duty continuous usage, hydraulics simply do not work.
Our Electric Pallet Lifts can be used on a continuous basis, so they are ready to go whenever needed.
4. Hydraulic VRC's will incur more preventative & unplanned maintenance -- and, hydraulic cylinders have seals which, over time can leak all over your facility floor.
Our Electric Pallet Lifts use only electrical motors which require little to no maintenance for the life of the lift -- assuring you less maintenance and down time!
The “RC” Series Pallet Lifts by Verticon are ideal for moving loads between mezzanines and second floors. It utilizes an electric chain-driven-live-roller conveyor to automatically load and unload the lift at two (or more) levels. It is typically automated with infeed and discharge conveyors for automatic loading and unloading.
Designed for heavy-duty continuous useage, the “RC” Series Pallet Lifts use only name brand components including Sumitomo for the drive motors and Allen-Bradley for Photoeyes and Limit Switches. All our buy out components are readily available through Verticon or your local power/transmission and controls houses.
The “RC” Series Pallet Lifts feature a Straddle Design where the conveyor carriage is guided up and down two, centered structural steel “W” Beams. A “C” Flow and “Z” Flow product flow can be achieved.
The standard conveyor bed is sized around a standard 40” x 48” GMA Pallet. Larger and/or smaller size conveyors are also available. Capacities up to 5,000 lbs. are available. Units are covered by the best warranty in the business.
Warranty:
2-Years, 24 Hours/Day on the Sumitomo drive system
1-Year on all Verticon manufactured parts and sub-assemblies
Standard manufacturers warranty on all buy-out parts
